DuitNow88 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Guidelines for Malaysia

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you ("Member", "User", or "you") and DuitNow88 ("Platform", "we", or "the company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the DuitNow88 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

In this document, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the DuitNow88 website, mobile application, and all associated services.
• "Account" refers to the member account registered under your name on the DuitNow88 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in your account, including cash and any unused bonus credits.
• "Games" refers to all types of games available on DuitNow88, including Live Casino, slots, table games, and Sports Betting.
• "Bonus" refers to any credit, cashback, rebate, or reward granted by DuitNow88 to a member.

This agreement covers the use of all DuitNow88 products and services, including but not limited to Live Casino, table games, slots, Sports Betting such as Malaysia Super League and EPL, and e-sports betting.

To register and use the DuitNow88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the date of registration. DuitNow88 strictly prohibits registration by underage individuals.
• Malaysian citizens or residents who are legally eligible to use this service.
• Must not have been previously banned from using DuitNow88 services.
• Choosing to use this platform voluntarily, free from any pressure or coercion.
• Not enrolled in any active self-exclusion programme related to gambling.

DuitNow88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Our decision on eligibility matters is final.

Every DuitNow88 member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and a freeze on their balances.

During the registration process, you agree to:

Deposit conditions that all DuitNow88 members must comply with:

• All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• DuitNow88 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit that does not meet this requirement may be withheld pending identity verification.
• If a deposit fails due to a technical issue, please contact the DuitNow88 support team before trying again to avoid duplicate charges.
• DuitNow88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

DuitNow88 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and transparently. The following withdrawal terms apply to all members:

• Minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per request.
• Standard processing time is 15 to 30 minutes for standard withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional verification and can take up to 24 hours to process.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.

DuitNow88 is not responsible for transfer delays caused by banks or e-wallet providers. If you have not received your funds after 24 hours, please contact the DuitNow88 support team with proof of your withdrawal request.

DuitNow88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• One bonus per promotion — each member is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless stated otherwise.
• Rollover requirements (wagering requirements) must be fully met before winnings derived from bonus credits can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses obtained fraudulently through multi-accounting, false information, or system abuse will be voided immediately.
• DuitNow88 reserves the right to void any bonus if its terms and conditions are violated.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.

• Live game results are determined by real-world events observable directly through the camera feed. All results are final and cannot be contested.
• Any technical interruption occurring during an active game will be handled in accordance with DuitNow88's technical policy. If a round cannot be completed, the wager will be returned to the member's account.
• For Sports Betting on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and e-sports, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply — regardless of any changes after the bet is confirmed.

• The use of automated software (bots), algorithms, or any method that undermines the spirit of fair play is strictly prohibited.

The DuitNow88 platform is strictly prohibited from being used for the following purposes:

• Money laundering or any related financial criminal activity.
• Registering or using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage in promotions or games.
• Using another person's credit card, bank account, or digital wallet without valid written authorisation.
• Falsifying any personal information, identity documents, or financial transaction records.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using any third-party software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Spreading misleading or defamatory information about DuitNow88 to the public.

Voluntary closure by member: You may close your DuitNow88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining funds in the account (subject to withdrawal requirements being met) will be processed to your account.

Closure by DuitNow88: We reserve the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Confirmed violation of the platform's terms of use.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, hacking, or money laundering.
• Registering using false information or another person's identity.
• Requests from Malaysian legal authorities.
• The member is proven to not meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, DuitNow88 reserves the right to withhold the full account balance pending investigation. Should the investigation confirm a violation, the balance may be forfeited in full.

DuitNow88 takes the protection of all members' personal data seriously. The collection, processing, and use of your personal data is carried out in accordance with DuitNow88's Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy page us.

• Your personal data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• DuitNow88 may share information with Malaysian authorities where required by law.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or to request correction of any inaccurate information.
• All communications through the platform are protected by appropriate encryption protocols.

DuitNow88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the platform due to technical disruptions, maintenance, or system failures.
• Gaming losses incurred by a member while playing on the DuitNow88 platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Delays or failures in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
• Technical errors that occur beyond DuitNow88's reasonable control.

In all circumstances, DuitNow88's maximum liability to any individual member shall not exceed the total net deposits made in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

DuitNow88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We will endeavour to notify members of material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email address. However, it remains the member's responsibility to review the latest terms.

Dispute resolution: Should any dispute arise regarding your use of the DuitNow88 platform, you agree to contact our support team first to seek an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with Malaysian law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Bahasa Melayu is the official language of this document. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
